Friends and colleagues of Spicerhaart are taking part in the 2022 Nuclear Races!

The Magic Moments Nuclear Races will take place on Sunday 18th September 2022 at Nuclear Races just outside of Brentwood.

It is a 5k run with obstacles. There are 2 cups you can compete for, the Paul Smith Team Challenge and the John Spence trophy for individual performance and the top fundraiser award, there is of course also the opportunity to enter just for fun (and to challenge yourself). Thank you to everyone who has shown their initial support from the summit, and have registered their interest so far. We have 150 spaces so it will be a first come first served basis. Moving forwards we need to confirm our numbers and start fundraising. So here is the criteria. We have hired the event exclusively for Magic Moments.

On the day there you will be set off in 3 groups.

  • The first group will be a race to the line.. you will complete the obstacles together with a final 1k run up the hill for the finish – it will be winner takes all
  • The second group is the team event, here you will work together to complete the course as a team, points will be awarded for team work, camaraderie and fundraising . The trophy will go to the team with the highest number of points
  • The third group will be the personal challenge group.. You will be there to support each other across as many (or few) obstacles.. there is no time limit or expectations it is all about you and your personal goals.

All you need to do is complete the attached registration form and start raising money.. oh yes and a little training. Let’s make this the biggest event ever for Magic Moments, places will be limited, just imagine... if you can all raise £100 then that is a massive £15,000 which is the equivalent of sending 5 families to Disney Land Paris.
