Teams get quizzical for Magic Moments raising £2,900
The team from Bury St Edmunds haart scooped the top prize at the Magic Moments quiz in March.
The team, the ‘No Brainers’, which included Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser Matt Tilbury, battled against 33 teams for pole position in the quiz, which raised £2,900 for Magic Moments, the most the quiz has ever raised.
Matt said: “It was an honour to win the quiz again, as it’s for such an amazing cause. The fact that the evening raised enough money to send three deserving families on the trip of a lifetime is a tribute to all who gave their time to attend.”
Chairman of Magic Moments Jonathan Martin, said: “We have been arranging the quiz night for seven years and it’s always very popular. Due to this, we are holding two this year alone with the next one taking place in October.
“A big thank you goes to all that took part and donated money for this very worthy cause.”
